Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Sr. Oracle Reports Analyst join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities will be working with users to troubleshoot RPD and SQL issues relating to reports and dashboards. Knowledge of OAC is a plus. Some experience with Power BI is preferred as well.
Duties will include:
• Design, develop and troubleshoot all three layers of the RPD within Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Troubleshoot issues with Oracle PL/SQL
• Lead and contribute to reporting solution discussions in a cross-functional setting
• Estimate project effort for reporting solutions
• Create work plans, specific to project work assigned
• Review report, dashboard and metadata artifacts created by user base
• Create and execute unit and integration tests; lead and coordinate user acceptance testing for small- to medium-complexity projects
• Provide production support by troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving issues
• Work in collaboration with, and provide direction to, the onsite/offshore consulting team.
• Perform other duties as required, within the Oracle Analytics Cloud environment
